Is it just me or are all the ashley tisdale fan-sites having the SAME layout, or the same theme or something. And what’s up with the green lines going across your layout?

Um.. not sure what you mean by SAME layout, I went to 4 different Ashley sites and their layouts all look completely different. And I don’t see any green lines in Internet Explorer or Firefox on my computer.
